By accessing and using AIKeyworder ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

AIKeyworder provides AI-powered metadata generation for stock videographers. Our service processes video files and generates titles, descriptions, and keywords suitable for stock footage platforms.

We utilize multiple AI providers including Google Gemini and OpenRouter to ensure high-quality metadata generation. Our service integrates with various third-party services to provide a comprehensive solution.

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must:

• Create an account with accurate information
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that violates any laws or third-party rights
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise our systems
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models
• Share your account with others or resell our Service

5. Security Monitoring and Account Protection

By using our Service, you acknowledge and consent to automated security monitoring designed to:

• Prevent unauthorized access to your account
• Detect and prevent fraudulent activity
• Assist with troubleshooting login issues
• Maintain the integrity and security of our Service

During each login, we automatically collect device information, IP addresses, and browser details. This security data is retained for 7 days only and is then automatically deleted. We do not sell or share this information with third parties except as required by law.

6. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the video content you upload. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your videos solely for the purpose of generating metadata. We do not claim ownership of your content.

The metadata generated by our Service is provided to you under a license that allows commercial use. You are responsible for ensuring the metadata is appropriate for your intended use.

7. Payment and Credits

Our Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when metadata is successfully generated. All purchases are final and non-refundable.

7.1 No Refund Policy

All subscription payments and credit purchases are final and non-refundable. We provide 10 free credits upon signup to allow you to test our service before making any purchase.

7.2 Subscription Changes

• Upgrades take effect immediately with proration of unused credits
• Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period
• Plan changes are limited to once every 7 days to prevent abuse
• Unused monthly credits from upgrades are converted to extra credits that never expire

7.3 Extra Credits

Extra credits can only be purchased by users with active subscriptions. These credits never expire and remain available even if you cancel your subscription.

8. Data Retention

Uploaded video files are automatically deleted after 7 days. Generated metadata is retained indefinitely unless you delete it. You can download your metadata at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

AIKeyworder is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the account settings.

11. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with the following third-party services:

• Google Services: Gemini AI for video processing, Firebase for infrastructure
• OpenRouter: Additional AI processing capabilities
• Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management
• Vercel: Application hosting and analytics

Each third-party service has its own terms and privacy policies. By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of these integrated services as they relate to your use of AIKeyworder.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
